In a short distance from the cosmopolitan beach Elia, over the hillside, having a magnificent view to the Aegean Sea, lays the cozy Villa Aithra (175 sq.m.). The villa is characterized by the harmonious plasticity of its building blocks which are fully integrated into the rough Mykonian landscape, giving guests a sense of relaxation and comfort, while forming a space completely children friendly. It is actually one of the very few “children friendly” villas in Mykonos.

The simplicity of Cycladic architecture aligns perfectly with the modern conveniences of a minimal decoration and combines comfort and tranquility for a relaxing vacation, with the opportunity to get in the midst of Mykonos “life” within a few minutes!

Villa Aithra was created to bring new standards in Villa rentals at the island of Mykonos. All the parts that make up Villa Aithra’s charming character are carefully chosen for their style and quality. Signature and branded furniture & equipment have been combined to create a unique living experience for our prestigious guests. Moreover, Villa Aithra is environmental friendly as 85% of its assets are fully recyclable and all electric & electronic devices belong to the lowest Energy consumption class, giving Villa Aithra a soft environmental footprint.

Villa Aithra features open space living areas with shaded pergolas and a swimming pool with overflow. It also features an outside BBQ & a compact outside shaded playground with various toys for children up to 8 years old. From the large terraces the guest can enjoy the Aegean Sea, gazing the islands of Paros and Naxos.

Following the natural slope, Villa Aithra is developed in two levels.

Entrance Level:

• A shaded playground for children up to 8 years old

In the lower level of the house are located utility rooms for the villa’s facilities

Villa Policies:

• Minimum stay 7 nights for July and August.
• Minimum stay 4 nights for the other months.
• Deposit Guarantee: 2.000 euros

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

• Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
• Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
• Deposit Guarantee: 2.000 euros

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

• Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
• Deposit Guarantee: 2.000 euros
