Recently built with high standard requirements, our modern designed villa is located near Kalafatis bay, one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches of Mykonos Island, only 9 km away from the Town Center. Villa Aliento enjoys a magnificent and breath-taking view, especially during dawn.
Its architecture is minimal emphasizing the outdoor space while the interior is cozy and decorated with pristine, and tastefully appointed, comfortable furniture and artwork. The large windows, allow plenty of light to come in every room and offer a unique view no matter in which room of the Villas you are.
Outdoors, there is an infinity pool of 10x6m with Pool Jacuzzi, separating the outdoor area into 3 smaller ones. On the one side of the pool is the first lounge area with 2 sun beds while on the other side of the pool there is the second lounge area with 2 more sun beds. In the third area there is an outdoor dining table for 6 people and a sofa.

Villa Layout:

The Villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room with a couch for 8 persons and a fireplace. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, a bathroom and a guest WC.
Rooms are comfortably spacious and tastefully furnished in a bright, minimalist style, incorporating white walls and ceilings with traditional features of Cycladic architecture, making this Villa a top choice for those who seek the best from traditional and modern design.

-    Balance 50% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
-    Security deposit 750 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Security deposit 750 euros required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.

-    All Bookings are final, non-refundable.

-    There will be an initial charge of 750€ as guarantee in case of damages caused by the guests. The guarantee will be refunded on departure after checking the villa.

Our rates include:

-    Pre-stocking first day with water, juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, soft drinks.
-    A variety of alcohol drinks, soft drinks, fruit juices, water, ham, cheese, and some edibles like cookies etc.
-    A bottle of champagne or wine as welcome drink
-    Daily cleaning and towels change
-    Sheets change twice a week (or more often after request)
-    Pool/sea towels
-    Pool & pool-jacuzzi disinfection 2 times a week
-    Transfer clients upon arrival and departure from/to the port or the airport
