Villa policies:

-    Smoking not allowed in any inside area of the house as this is a non smoking house.
-    Pets allowed upon request and on wards confirmation by the property administrator.
-    Children are welcome.
-    Events upon request as they are directly related to the wear and tear of the house and the excess occupation of the household personnel.Check-In time: between 13:00-14:00 hours unless otherwise agreed
-    Check-Out time: latest 11:30 hours unless otherwise agreed.
-    Minimum rental: 1 week.

Our rates include:

-    Daily cleaning and housekeeping (4 man hours maximum service, unless otherwise will be mutually agreed).                                                                                                                            
-    Change of linen: 2 times per week unless otherwise agreed
-    Change of bathroom and pool towels: 3 times per week unless otherwise agreed    
-    Property, garden and pool maintenance to be carried out within the routine property schedule.                                                                                              
-    Welcome at airport (pick up and follow) check in & check out.

-    Pre-stocking first day with water, juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, soft drinks.

Payment terms & Security Deposit

-    In case of short notice rentals there will be only one transfer which will be done latest 24 hours from the signing of the booking contract. The grace period for the transfer to appear in the account of the property administrator will be 48 hours. Both rental fee and security deposit will be included in this sole transfer otherwise the said sole transfer will be considered as incomplete.

-    In case of non-payment of all amounts in full as per contract, namely the rental fee and the security deposit, it will not be allowed neither to the tenant/customer nor to the tenant’s/customer’s broker or representative to enter the property.

-    Security Deposit (Not included in the overall rental cost): €5.000

-    The security deposit will be paid before the arrival of the tenant/customer together with the second payment or in case of high season with one sole transfer and will be reimbursed, within three working days from the checkout, to the party that has effected this specific payment provided that the property has not suffered wear and tear beyond the ordinary and/or the property owner has not suffered any other loss. In this case the damages and/or excess wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit and the remaining amount will be refunded as above.

-    In case of failure to effect any payment (rental or security) to the property administrator in full and on time, the property administrator may treat your booking as canceled by you.

Cancellation Policy:

-    Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
-    Cancellation between 59 to 30 days before arrival, 25% of the amount paid will be refunded.
-    Cancellation 29 days or less prior to arrival there will be no refund.
