In the center of Mykonos Town, Villa Caroline is one of the island’s most beautiful houses. It was built around 1850 and became the residence of the former mayor of Mykonos.  The Villa is built in the traditional Mykonian style with thick rock support walls along with high wooden beam ceilings. The Villa has been fully renovated in all areas in 2014, fitted with new sound proof double glazing windows locking out all the town noise. Some furniture and appliances of the original house, have been refurbished and placed in the villa.

• Minimum stay of 3 or 5 nights depending on the season.
• In case an additional accommodation tax is imposed by the Greek government as from 2018, this is not included in the current rates but must be paid in full by the villa guests by cash.

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

• Down payment 50% of the total amount upon reservation.
• Balance 50% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
• Security deposit 1.000 euros required 2 weeks prior to checkin with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

• Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
• Security deposit 1.000 euros required 2 weeks prior to checkin with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
