Villa Dahlia is part of a brand-new VIP exclusive complex of five villas located at the peak of the island's hill named Kounoupas, leaving you breathless with the exquisite endless view of the Aegean Sea and almost all the Cyclades islands including the ancient sacred island of Delos.

Inspired by the colors of nature the villas blend in the landscape making them almost transparent. Infinity pools, state of the art interiors, minimal designs, unique gardens combining all shades of the island, incredible panoramic-view exteriors are only some of the villas irresistible traits. Privacy is beyond mention. Each property holds its own private infinity pool with Jacuzzi, elegant outdoor dining and sitting and master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Villa Dahlia has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests who enjoy amazing view from the chambers to the Aegean Sea.

The villa has its own private pool with Jacuzzi (30sqm), magnificent outdoor dining and sitting areas that spread over the 220sqm. The marvelous plantations match perfectly the scenery of Kounoupas hill and provide the isolation needed from other guests in the complex.

Villa Dahlia is the reflection of Villa Daffodil since it has the exact same traits and it is as if one is gazing through a mirror. A ground level villa with a total of 150sqm that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

It consists of 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and amazing sea view, terrace in front of every room, fully equipped kitchen, WC, living and sitting room areas.

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

• Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
• Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
• Security deposit required prior to arrival (20% of the weekly rental amount)

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

• Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
• Security deposit required prior to arrival (20% of the weekly rental amount)
