Playroom: Independent entrance from the outside parking area into a large playroom with fireplace. The playroom has direct connection to the pool area with 2 outdoor showers – large sheltered lounge and shaded outdoor dining area with BBQ. Large external area for relaxation and dining.

Lining Room & Kitchen: Entrance from the outside parking area for 4 cars which leads into large dining and living areas and a fully equipped kitchen with wine cellar. The spacious living room with the central fireplace shows a true sense of style and elegance. Pure white surfaces dominate all spaces solely interrupted by colorful fittings. Separate kitchen with storage and 1 staff room.

Master Suite & 2 VIP Rooms: 1 master suite and 2 VIP rooms with en suite bathrooms, all enjoying magnificent sea view and access to private terrace.

-    Level A premium residence: Separate entrance from the outdoor terrace and nearby parking area, premium bedroom with large dressing room and private Terrace with pergola, premium bathroom with Hammam and Shower Room.

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
-    Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
