Located on a hilltop just above Lia beach, Villa Iliada is a secluded, spacious, modern villa which offers fantastic sea and country side views with guaranteed tranquility. This attractive, brand new with contemporary style villa comprises of a main and an independent guest house, simi-larly styled, with separate entrances. The main house can accommodate up to 10 guests and the guest house 6 more guests. The live-in staff quarters have own discreet access to the main and guest house, as well as the laundry room.

There is a fully equipped with modern appliances kitchen, with direct access to the side terrace and the spacious dinning-living room area.
