A luxurious villa in Mykonos situated in the southwest of the island, in the area of Aleomandra, 80 meters from the sea front. It offers magnificent views, overlooking the Aegean in the direction of Naxos island and is well protected by the strong northern winds.

The villa is modernly furnished and has a large swimming pool with overflow on its sea view side. There is also a pool house / pergola with a dining table and a kitchenette. The house has 5 bedrooms in total, three in the main house and two which are pool adjacent. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, digital HDTV, silent refrigerators with glass doors (mini-bars), high quality safes both well hidden inside the closets and air-conditioning. The villa has wi-fi internet support. One of the two pool adjacent bedrooms has a sofa with a large screen tv. The sofa can open up to a double bed that can sleep one or two children if necessary.

There are plenty of open spaces and verandas with pergolas and at the pool side there are umbrellas and deck-chairs. There are also parking spaces. The nearest beaches are Nammos, Ai-Yiannis, Glyfadi and Ornos. The distance from the town centre and airport is between 4 and 5 kilometers.

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
-    Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival
