A luxurious villa in Mykonos, situated in the southwest of the island in the area of Aleomandra and 80 meters from the sea front. It offers magnificent views, overlooking the Aegean Sea in the direction of Naxos island and is well protected by the strong northern winds.

The villa is modernly furnished and has a large swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 in the first floor and one in the ground floor with its own entrance by the pool. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, digital HDTV, silent refrigerators with glass doors (mini-bars), high quality safes both well hidden inside the closets and air-conditioning. The villa has wi-fi internet support. There are plenty of open spaces and verandas with pergolas and at the pool side there are umbrellas and deck-chairs. The villa has also 2 parking spaces.

The nearest beaches are Nammos, Ai-Yiannis, Glyfadi and Ornos beach. The distance from the town centre and airport is between 4 and 5 kilometers.

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
-    Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
