Villa Merli is a totally fresh new and fully luxury villa, constructed on 2018 with the best materials and technology. It is in a quiet and excellent neighborhood, located at Paradisia near Tourlos and offers you an amazing sea-view at the old port.

It is a three-level villa, 2.700 sqm with privacy, endless big blue of Aegean Sea protected from the north wind and a color full sunset. Amazing swimming pool with a special star’s effect lighting in the night, a 4-seat sofa Jacuzzi in the pool let you relax enjoying only blue view.
