Villa Persephone

This 2-storey, 5-bedroom luxurious villa (ground and upper level) is situated on a 3.000 m2 plot in the area of Kalafatis and has a private swimming pool of 72 m2 (6m x 12 m). All areas of the villa are surrounded by a beautiful garden with pergolas and stone pedestals that protect the house from the northern winds. Persephone was built in the traditional Mykonian/Cycladic architecture of white washed cube houses with a contemporary touch in the design and furniture.

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
-    Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
