The main house, located at the pool level, consists of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area, living area, guest WC, and two bedrooms:
-    1 master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, which has direct access to a pergola covered outdoor living area with sea view.
-    1 bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom which has direct access to the pool with amazing sea view.

Independent houses: 6 guests    

Located below the main house there are 2 independent guest houses

-    1st guest house: 1 bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with direct access to a small balcony with amazing view, air condition, TV, small refrigerator, espresso machine

-    2nd guest house: 1 bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with direct access to a small balcony with amazing view, air condition, TV, small refrigerator, espresso machine

One level below you may find the 3rd independent guest house:

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
-    Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival

For reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in:

-    Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
-    Security deposit 25% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
